Receiving a diagnosis of PMOS can feel overwhelming and confusing. Often, treatment recommendations include advice to lose weight, with little or no guidance around how to manage the symptoms of PMOS.

Join Lindzie O’Reilly, Student Wellness Services Registered Dietitian, to learn about:
- What PMOS is and how it affects the body
- Strategies to implement a habit-based approach to managing the symptoms of and health concerns related to PMOS
- Supplements and medical monitoring that may be important to consider
